Robin Endres, MPA, has over a decade of experience in the public sector developing and implementing fundraising and communications strategies, collecting and analyzing data to increase organizational effectiveness, and driving strategic planning that aligns with organizational mission and values. Previously, she was Director of Development and Communications at Feed the Hunger Foundation, a nonprofit committed to supporting women and disenfranchised food entrepreneurs through microlending. Her passion both professionally and personally is advancing women and girls’ empowerment and equality at local and international levels.

She has created evaluation tools and data instruments for a major global NGO’s women’s empowerment initiative; developed metrics for the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women’s strategic plan; and strategized a fundraising plan for close the gap CA, a nonprofit dedicated to encouraging women to run for State offices.

She serves on the boards of The Women’s Intercultural Network and Girls on the Run Bay Area. In 2015 and 2016, she was a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Robin was elected Vice President of Pi Alpha Alpha National Honors Society for Public Affairs and Administration in 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz in Latin American Studies and East Asian Studies and a Master’s degree from SF State University in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management. She speaks Spanish, German and Mandarin and is raising two teenagers.

Jenny Sindel  is the Birth Mother Services Program Director.  Jenny earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at San Francisco State University and was licensed as a LMFT in 2010. Jenny worked at Planned Parenthood as a post-masters intern and helped clients address a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, pregnancy and parenting. After that, she worked as an Open Adoption counselor with a local agency for three years.  Jenny got involved in OYFF in 2009; first as a volunteer and then in her current role.

Pearl Chen  is the Administrative Assistant for On Your Feet.  Pearl served on the Board of Directors for several years prior to becoming a staff member.  She is currently pursuing her BSW at San Jose State University.  Pearl works diligently in the office on everything from mailings to event registration to database management.  She also provides support at OYFF events.   Pearl brings order and finesse to OYFF operations!
